Fresh seafood bowl

I tried to make two types of Japanese seafood bowls with Yellowtail soup and Japanese green tea. I can get really fresh ingredients at this time: Salmon (sake) from Norway, Scallops (Hotate) from Hokkaido Japan, Herring roe (Kazunoko) from Canada, Tuna (Maguro) from Australia, and Yellowtail (Buri) from the Japanese neighboring waters. Yes, you will see some ingredients from abroad now. Yeah, this is a really nice menu – very healthy and tastes good!
